1. PE (polyethylene)

PE is the world's largest production of synthetic resin, but also the largest consumption of plastic packaging materials. Polyethylene products are divided into low density, medium density and high density. The containers made of various composite materials can hold all kinds of drinks, such as juice, etc.

Identification features: Generally speaking, PE packaging feels smooth, soft and lubricated, and slightly soft when biting with teeth.

2. PP (polypropylene)

The development of polypropylene transparent packaging bottle is a hot spot of plastic packaging at home and abroad in recent years. With the successful development of transparent modifier nucleating agent, 0.1% ～ 0.4% sorbitol xylene (benzaldehyde) nucleating agent is added into ordinary pp. the high transparent PP bottle produced can be widely used in beverage packaging which needs high temperature filling, such as concentrated fruit juice, etc. it has suitable price, pressure and temperature resistance, and is a new rival of PS, ABS, pet and PE bottles.

Recognition features: Generally speaking, PP texture is hard, feel slightly rough, fold its crease will be white, the color is white than PE.

3. PVC (polyvinyl chloride)

PVC can be roughly divided into hard products, soft products and paste products. The PVC bottle produced by injection drawing blowing method has no seam, and the wall of the bottle is thin and uniform, which can hold gas drinks such as coke and soda; the PVC bottle produced by extrusion blowing method is only suitable for holding fruit juice and mineral water.

4. Polyester (PET or PETP)

PET bottles produced by biaxial extension blow molding have the characteristics of "large capacity, transparency, strong visualization, light and easy to open, refrigerated, easy to carry, solid and recyclable", which provides a broad market prospect for its development. In terms of the market share of major beverage countries in the world, PET bottles account for more than 70% of the four beverage packages: carbonated drinks, juice drinks, tea drinks and bottled water.
