Technical Features

Mechanical adjustment: only change the height and diameter of the bottle for about 20 minutes without changing the packaging form, and not more than 10 minutes without changing the diameter and height of the bottle and changing the packaging combination form.

Bottle-dividing group: Servo fork-type bottle-dividing is used to divide the bottles into groups according to the quantity needed for packaging, servo motor control, accurate positioning, simple and reliable debugging.

Bottle lifting cover: The lifting rod controls the movement distance of each group of bottles to synchronize with the film lifting rod, and pushes the bottle onto the belt of the film covering section; the pushing rod and the film lifting rod device are equipped with a torsion limiter, which makes the machine stop automatically when the bottle is inverted and the handwheel of the rotating limiter is reset after the breakdown is relieved.

Mechanical transmission: This machine is driven by servo motor. It adopts the combination of synchronous belt and chain transmission. The position of chain transmission is equipped with protective cover and lubrication device to ensure the safety of personnel and the cleanliness of environment.
